1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PUDDLE.BET (the "Site", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- You are responsible for making sure online gambling is legal where you are. Don't use the Site from a place where it is prohibited.
- One person, one account. Duplicate, shared or sold accounts, and self-referral, are not allowed.
- You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Balance, deposits and withdrawals
- Your balance is held in USD. Deposits in supported cryptocurrencies are converted to USD at the rate used by our payment processor at the time of confirmation. Network fees and price movement are your responsibility.
- Send only the right coin on the right network to the address shown. Funds sent to the wrong network or after an address has been used may be unrecoverable.
- Withdrawals are requested from the Wallet, reviewed manually by our team and paid to the address you provide. The minimum is $10. Review normally takes up to 24 hours but may take longer.
- Before withdrawing, you must have made at least one deposit and wagered 1× your deposits and affiliate rewards. The welcome bonus can't be withdrawn until it has been wagered 10×; until then it stays locked in your balance. We may refuse or delay withdrawals while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse, money laundering or breaches of these Terms, and we may ask you to verify your identity.
- Make sure the withdrawal address is correct. Transactions on blockchains are irreversible.
4. Games and fairness
Game results are generated with a provably fair system described on the Provably fair page. Bet limits (minimum, maximum bet and maximum profit per bet) apply. In case of an obvious technical error, we may void affected bets and correct balances.
5. Bonuses and affiliate rewards
The welcome bonus is credited to your balance but cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered 10 times and you have made at least one deposit. Affiliate rewards are subject to the wagering requirement in section 3. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through abuse, multiple accounts, self-referral or other unfair practices, and may change or end promotions at any time.
6. Responsible gaming
Gambling should be fun, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose. You can self-exclude from your account at any time (see Responsible gaming). A self-exclusion cannot be shortened or lifted before it ends.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, scripts, exploits or any method to gain an unfair advantage or harm the Site.
- Money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or using funds that aren't yours.
- Harassing, spamming or scamming other users, including in chat. Chat rules: no cursing or insults, no spam, no advertising or referral links, no begging for money, no sharing of personal information, no impersonating staff. Chat is available to signed-in players who accepted these rules.
- Attempting to access other people's accounts or our systems.
We may mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and may withhold funds that were obtained in breach of them, to the extent the law allows.
8. Account closure
You can ask to close your account via support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law. Subject to section 3 and applicable law, any remaining balance will be paid out.
9. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for losses caused by blockchain network issues, third-party services or events outside our control, or for losses from gambling itself. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
