1. What we collect
- Account data: username, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
- Activity: deposits, withdrawal requests and addresses, bets and results, VIP progress, referral relationships, chat messages and support tickets.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server and network logs. We also link the IP addresses you sign in from to your account to prevent multiple-account abuse and fraud.
2. How we use it
- To run your account, process deposits and withdrawals and provide the games.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting and money laundering, and to enforce our Terms.
- To provide support and moderate chat.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: hosting and network providers (including a CDN/DDoS protection service), our crypto payment processing, and a messaging tool for internal staff notifications (for example, when a support ticket or withdrawal request is created, your username and the message or amount may be posted to a private staff channel). We may disclose information where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie (psid) to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, so scripts can't read it. We also keep small preferences in your browser's local storage (for example, menu state and chat open/closed). We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Public information
Your username and VIP rank are visible to other users in chat. Chat messages are visible to everyone in the chat.
6. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting and anti-fraud purposes. Chat history is trimmed automatically.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us through live support; we may need to verify your identity first, and some records must be retained by law.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies and traffic is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Site is for adults only. We delete accounts we learn belong to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
